Center Stage seeks Assistant Patron Services Manager
Center Stage seeks an Assistant Patron Services Manager. Duties will include providing courteous and efficient service to all patrons, selling single tickets and memberships, and answering telephones and processing mail as needed.
The position will also: assist in the oversight of day-to-day ticket sales activities to assure a high level of customer service and the accurate/efficient handling of ticket income and patron data; assist the Box Office Manager in the training and supervision of all Patron Service Associates; function as the opening and closing manager-on-duty as needed or assigned by the Box Office Manager; hold responsibility for evaluating and feeding back critical information about each day’s work for use in setting staff priorities and resolving ongoing issues; provide resolutions to patron ticket problems; ensuring the accuracy and proper maintenance of all computerized patron data; assist with set up and maintenance of events as well as price charts and promotional codes; and provide other support as needed. Successful candidates will have prior ticketing experience, a positive and outgoing demeanor, an orientation toward sales, and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
Position is full-time, year round, with benefits. Evening and weekend hours will be required.
